Position Overview:
As a manufacturing operator in the Probe Cover department you will operate the probe cover molding and packaging machines and have the ability to perform testing and final configuration for product shipping. You will have outstanding experience in all phases of manufacturing specifically focusing on assembly operations. You are a quick learner, capable of grasping the Probe Cover assembly process and will use that knowledge to produce high quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
Your background highlights keen understanding of the process of raw material to finished product to packaging and finally shipment. You will exhibit proficiency in basic machine operations coupled with the ability to assist higher level Operators in more complicated tasks for final production. Experience maintaining inventory and following method and process sheets will benefit you in your success. Your good attitude and self-motivation will aid you in working with a diverse group of people to meet productivity and quality requirements. You will have demonstrated experience working within a manufacturing environment, high volume manufacturing prefered. Must have the ablility to work at a fast pace while consistently maintaining a high level of product quality.
Required Background:
A High School degree as well as one year experience in the manufacturing process, diverse hands on experience in all phases of manufacturing procedures and demonstrated leadership ability is desired. The ideal candidate is willing and able to work overtime on short notice, demonstrates good judgment, and can handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly. You must be able to lift up to 40lbs. and work in various positions such as standing or sitting and must be able to perform repetitive tasks involving bending/twisting of the back, hands and arms.
